By Sue Ellson

Voting in the 2014-2015 Australian Human Resources Institute Victorian State Council Elections has now opened (it runs from 9am 15 September 2014 until 5pm on 26 September 2014).

The voting process is very quick, reading the nomination statements (100 words each), may take a little longer :).

Voting is a privilege of professional membership (MAHRI, CAHRI, FAHRI) and it is an opportunity for you to choose the people you would like to represent you and other AHRI members.

The nominee details for Victoria are online at https://www.ahri.com.au/about-us/the-organisation-structure/state-councils/state-council-elections/vic-nomination-statements and I have also reproduced them in alphabetical order with their LinkedIn Profile URL for you to check below.

I have also mentioned which people are currently serving on the Victorian State Council.

Voting is very easy. You can ‘tick’ or nominate up to five people from the list.

To register your vote, enter your member number (written on your AHRI Membership Card) at
http://ahri.checkboxonline.com/vicelection2014_2015.aspx and follow the prompts.

Once again, I hope you and other AHRI members you know (please feel free to pass on this information/hyperlink) take a few quick moments to help choose your AHRI Victorian State Council Members for 2014 – 2015!

Thanks and cheers,

Sue Ellson (yes, I am on the list of nominees!).
