✅ Firstly, based on your values, what is important to you or the individuals or enterprises you’re working with.
✅ Secondly, your strengths, what you are naturally good at and also what you’ve learnt over time, you’ve acquired additional skills.
✅ And thirdly, your context, so your current commitments and circumstances.
So it may mean that for now you just have a job for now and then when you’ve got a bit more time that you plan for that next leap in the future.
