What if
I imagined
I was always loved

What if
I imagined
I was always heard

What if
I imagined
I was always seen

What if
I imagined
I could always speak

What if
I imagined
I could always feel

What if
I imagined
I could always cope

Would I then
Allow myself
To truly be

Like many people, I have felt that I have missed out on some things over the course of my life.

Various experiences have left me with certain beliefs.

But what if they were all wrong?

What would happen if I imagined something different every time I felt hurt?
