I encourage you to make a considered decision before purchasing a digital publication or a printed paperback publication from this website.

I am an enterprise of one – and if you have purchased a printed publication and are not happy for any reason, I am prepared to refund the difference between the sale price and any production and delivery costs.

For example, if you paid $39.99 to receive a book and printing and delivery cost me $29.00, and you are unhappy with the book for any reason, I will happily refund $10.99 and encourage you to pass the book on to someone else.

If you have purchased a digital product, I will happily refund the difference between the sale price and the received price.

For example, if you paid $9.99 for the digital product and the payment processor charged me $1.30 for the transaction, I will happily refund $8.69.
