Multiple Concurrent Strategies
– Hidden Job Market – most jobs not advertised
– Recruiters represent employer not candidate
– Networking, Referrals, Voluntary Work
– Need to tailor your application for each role
– No interviews = Application not working
– No job = Interview not working (ignore ALL reasons for missing out)
– Minimum 100+ Views per 90 Days, 50+ Appearances in 7 Days

Don’t rely on only applying for advertised roles, be ready to attract roles

– Allocate 10 hours to complete in full
– Allocate 2 hours per day, 5 days per week to job search

– people you know in your profession or industry
– people you know personally, mentors or mentees
– people who have written Recommendations for you

– Download your Connections list and reach out to those you are not connected to
