Affirmations Volume 2
These affirmations are just for you! This is my second compilation for Volume 2 written between 10 December 2025 and 23 May 2026.
If you have a theme you would like me to include in future affirmations, please contact me directly!
Ideally, I recommend that you read these out aloud to yourself (focusing on the ones that resonate most for you) and you could even record them in your own voice and listen to them when you are out and about on a walk (but please stay safe and look out for traffic).
I have also recorded them in my own voice with a gap so that you can repeat them to yourself.
Affirmations
I distil my thoughts by writing…
When I rest I recharge…
Waiting is patient gratification…
Pausing produces peacefulness…
A delay inspires hope and gratefulness…
In stillness, soul secrets surface…
Unfolding allows release…
A why helps me try…
As I change I discover my power…
I observe, therefore I resolve…
My capability is constantly increasing…
I live in wonder of all that I receive…
I am persistent with values-aligned goals…
Presence allows impermanence…
I can do any-thing but not every-thing…
I pause before I respond…
Nature waits for my presence…
Love is divine…
Melancholy connects me to meaning…
My soul sees the big picture…
My mind makes magic…
Discipline delivers deliverance
With a process I can progress
I pause so I can ponder
My mind is my mentor and my heart is my guide
In the darkness, my light shines even brighter
Fear defeats me, joy completes me
Arrive on time, feel sublime
I find ease watching bees
I am confident making my own decisions
I listen to my body with gentleness
I can be my own kind of peculiar
I can always start afresh
