Is it okay to have a job for now?
Yes.
Now there are three things that make up a good career.
Your values, those of your own as well as those of the people you work with and make sure they’re aligned.
Strengths, your natural ones as well as your acquired ones.
So for instance, I’m really good at accounting, but I hate it.
But I’ve learned IT skills and I’m good at it, so I’m going with those strengths.
But the third one is context.
That’s your current circumstances.
And it could be that right now the only thing that’s going to work is this particular job.
So don’t panic, you can stay there a little bit longer and if you would like to become more aligned, please reach out.
